These half day workshops give the Fitness Flow Pilates Instructors in-depth knowledge, choreography and unique exercises normally based around equipment.

On the day of the course you will receive your very own kit bag which includes a Bender Ball, Band, Pillow, Pen, leaflet on Posture Alignment, Leaflet on the Pilates Principles, A free class voucher or money of a PT session with Carol Marie, and a fully illustrated work booklet so you can take away with you to practice in your own time. On the course you will also be briefly shown when and how to use your equipment so you can bring it to your Pilates class to support you in your exercises.
