Carol is an experienced personal trainer and fitness instructor in practice for 25 years. She has specialised in Pilates for over 15 years, and like many other Pilates teachers, started off with the basic mat Pilates exercises. As an experienced instructor utilising the core values of exercise to music, Carol picked up on a pattern within her Pilates classes and started to practice her routines to a rhythm. After receiving incredible consistent feedback from her clients, Carol knew she was onto something.
Through lots of continual development, industry research, workshops, masterclasses and through her own experience and practice – Fitness Flow Pilates was born. Combining innovative moves, linked to more traditional moves makes for some excellent classes that can be adapted and modified to all levels of ability. The popularity of Fitness Flow Pilates grew and grew and when Carol started getting enquiries from instructors who attended her roadshows and workshops wanting to teach her new style, she developed the brand into a structured qualification that can be shared with other instructors who wish to add a unique and appealing element to their teaching style.
