Fitness Flow Pilates is a creative way of exercising and challenging your body. Our aim is to make you feel the burn whilst enjoying the flow to the latest music! We have combined the traditional Pilates exercises with our own unique moves making the class flow and intensifying your workout! Being in the flow keeps your mind and body engaged, present and connected. Our classes aim to give you a practice that lasts a lifetime being adaptable to all ages and abilities, and long-lasting results in your physical and mental health.

THE MOVES

The moves  are a combination of the traditional Pilates exercises with our own innovative twist!

THE FLOW

The flow is what makes Fitness Flow Pilates unique. It is in the transition between each move that keeps your mind and body connected and emerged in the present moment.

THE INTENSITY

Once you’ve mastered The Flow, in comes the intensity. Various pieces of equipment are often used to create this.

THE PROGRESSION

There is always that next level to take your Fitness Flow Pilates workout.  Multi-levels are always given, but you can be certain that you will progress!
