Paul Scott

Paul Scott has 30 years of experience within the dance and performance industry, a BA (Hons) and an MA in choreography and directing, alongside an internationally recognised dance teaching qualification, a gym instructor qualification, and experience of teaching within the community, gyms, colleges, universities, dance schools, and theatre schools all over England.

My approach to Fitness Flow Pilates focuses on developing strength, stamina, muscle tone, and flexibility. I fuse my dance and choreography experience with fitness flow to create classes for beginners through to advanced professionals. Shirley Horrocks

I teach both Hatha Yoga, Pilates and Fitness Flow Pilates in my local community of St. Helens. I also teach chair based Yoga and Pilates to the older generation and those with limited mobility, along with two Fitness Flow Pilates classes for those who want something a little more challenging.

I am passionate about the connection of physical and mental health both of which are highlighted in the importance of using the breath correctly. I incorporate breath awareness and relaxation using mindfulness techniques, in both my Yoga and Pilates classes. I am also qualified in the principles of human nutrition and the promotion of health within the community. My Yoga and Pilates classes are suitable for all ages and abilities.

Nina Taylor

My name is Nina Taylor and I’m a qualified level 3 Mat Pilates, Exercise to music and Personal Trainer in the South Gloucestershire area. I am also a NASM corrective exercise specialist and have a level 3 advanced diploma in nutrition. My Fitness Flow Pilates classes will help participants to get fitter and stronger for everyday life – improving balance, coordination, mobility and core strength while having fun!

A professionally trained ballet dancer and former choreographer, I have a passion for fitness and have been in the industry for over 25 years. Travelling the world from USA to Japan as a dancer, I have used Pilates throughout to maintain my strength, flexibility and physique.

I am a qualified Personal trainer, nutrition adviser and leisure manager, my approach to teaching fitness flow pilates has always been to improve abdominal strength, increase flexibility, while maintaining a fun, enjoyable environment.

Kim O’Neale

Kim O’Neale

Hi my name is Kim O’Neale, owner of Trim with Kim (my personal training business).

I have always had a great passion for fitness nearly all my adult life. I mainly teach high intensity classes including Spin, HITT, Pump and Conditioning alongside Personal Training. I am thoroughly enjoying teaching Fitness Flow as its the perfect class to teach after the high intensity classes, but still has that dynamic feel to it, with the flow and the music.

I am hoping to bring the FFP brand into the Fitness Clubs and the community in the St.Helens area.
