Flow8 – 6 Day Ring of Fire Challenge
This challenge will tone your entire body but in particular that hard to reach area, your inner thighs, your lower abdominals and your hips. As a word of caution take a days rest in between each class as your body will need it. Each Class is different too, some with music like Reggae Rings and 60’s Rings and some without with more focus on the breath and the belt.
