Flow 6 – Pilates with Small Hand Weights
This challenge will take your Pilates practice to the next level in regards to intensity. Besides the hand weights we have added in Bender Ball, Mr Hog, Glide Discs, and Fit Ball into this challenge. If you do not have this equipment you can purchase from the shop or improvise and just as a minimum use your small hand weights (we recommend no heavier than 1.5 kg).
