Flow 2 – Bender Ball Burn Challenge


The Bender Ball is by far one of the best pieces of equipment that you can use to target and isolate those hard to reach specific areas whilst offering support to the lower back.

You will receive x7 30 minute classes isolating and activating to following areas:

  • upper abdominals
  • lower abdominals
  • waist and hips
  • legs
  • glutes
  • back
