Flow Retreats you will improve both your strength and flexibility through the lovely balance of Energy Flow Yoga & Fitness Flow Pilates. All classes are held in an intimate setting, with chances to develop your practice and learn more about your body. Both founders of Energy Flow Yoga & Fitness Flow Pilates will be available to discuss anything regarding Yoga & Pilates for the entire duration of your stay with us. All classes are suitable for beginners.
After these sessions you can expect to feel more toned and sculpted. You can also expect to lose some weight (if desired) due to the combination of healthy clean-eating and exercise.
